Lauren Blake Woodard, 35, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 2, 2019 at home. She was born March 5, 1984 in Keene, NH. She is survived by her mother Jennifer (Philip) Henry of Huntington, WV and her father Steve (Linda) Woodard of Massachusetts; a son Joshua Young; a sister Allison (Randy) Turner of Myrtle Beach, SC; an uncle Patrick (Linda) Henry of Monroe, Ohio; a cousin Deanna Henry of Monroe, Ohio; and special friends Jenny Dempsey, Jess Burnette, Mandy Irvin (Holly), Courtney Paugh, Tonya Young and J.T. Wilkes. Service will be held 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with visitation from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the funeral home.
