Leslie Len Maynard, 55, of Proctorville, OH, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, WV. She was born October 3, 1970, in Huntington, WV to the late Jerry and Cathy Shaver Leffingwell. She is survived by her husband Ernest Sean Maynard; one daughter Breanna Maynard; five grandchildren Brooklynn Blake, Jaelynn Leffingwell, Baylee Fitzgerald, Zelia Bowman, Kia Maynard; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. A funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, November 3, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service at Hall Funeral Home. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory are assisting the family with arrangements.
