Lester Denney's Obituary
Lester Denney, 76, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday January 6, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born October 14, 1942 in Huntington, WV to the late Edward Raymond and Mabel White Denney. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Beverly Sue Denney; a son Kenny Denney; and a brother Raymond Denney. He is survived by two daughters Tracy Fuller and Leslie Denney (Jim Cazad) and his children Carleigh and Chloe; three sons Tim Denney, Brett Denney, and Steve (Renee) Denney; five grandchildren Elizabeth, Austin, Bryson, Drew, and Emilee; one nephew Roger Denney; two nieces Ginger Denney and Lindarae Bailey; and a host of many friends. He was retired master electrician from Local #317 IBEW. Lester was a member of the former 20th Street Baptist Church. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday January 9, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Jeff Black. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday January 8, 2019 at the funeral home.
