Linda Lou Kelley's Obituary
Linda Lou Kelley, 62, passed away Friday February 13, 2026 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Huntington WV. She was born on January 22, 1964 in Huntington WV to the late Joseph and Lillian Mullins Sr. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Linda “Pokey” Harris, her sister Marcedia Quintanilla and her brother Joseph Mullins Jr.
Linda is survived by her partner of 13 years Carl Taylor who was the love of her life and never left her side. She is also survived by her beloved son Patrick Kelley Jr. of Logan OH, four dear grandchildren, her sister Betty Anderson of Proctorville OH, her sister Lillian Knotts of Lancaster OH, and her brother Ronald Mullins of Genoa WV. She’s also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins that loved her. Linda will be greatly missed by her best friend Kathleen Riley. Linda found joy in the things she loved. She spent hours crocheting, knitting, and drawing, always creating something with care. Music was a constant in her life; she enjoyed old rock music and loved having it playing in the background.
She had a special bond with her beloved pet guinea pigs, who brought her so much happiness. Linda loved cooking and always dreamed of one day opening her own restaurant. We take comfort in knowing that Linda is in Heaven with all of her loved ones that preceded her. There will be no services.
