Linda Kay Runyon's Obituary
Linda Kay Runyon (Castle), 62, of Huntington, WV, passed away Thursday, November 27, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born on January 18, 1963, in Chesapeake, OH to the late Darvin Castle Jr. and Martha Ann Dennison. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by Michael David Castle and Aston Runyon. She worked at St. Mary’s Hospital as an LPN for 22 years. She loved her job, and she had a smile that could light up the room. Everyone who knew her loved her. She is survived by three children Aaron Runyon, Ericia Runyon, and Dara Jane Runyon; adopted daughter/niece Alantis Castle; 14 grandchildren Korah, Daulton, Gavin, Layden, Zyere, Zayne, Zamya, Zakai, Jaydan, Randy, Destinee, Jayson, Deijah, Paeslee; two sisters Debbie (Tom), Terri; one brother Mark (Janet); many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the Westmoreland Woman's Club, 2962 Bradley Road, Huntington, WV, 25704.
