Linda Lou Watts' Obituary
Linda Lou Watts age 74, of Moundsville, WV, passed away Saturday October 25, 2025, at WVU Wheeling Hospital. She was born April 20, 1951, at Logan General Hospital, daughter of the late Ida Velma and Alfred Watts. She loved to watch the boats, western movies, and country music. She loved going on outings with her roommate and peers. She was a very loving person and never knew a stranger. She was a long-time resident of Linx Community Services. To know Linda was to love her. She will be missed by many. There will be a Memorial Service on Friday October 31, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be from 12 noon until the service.
