Loraine Looney, 85, of South Point, OH, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Best Care Health and Rehabilitation in Wheelersburg, OH. She was born June 14, 1937 in Belphry, KY to the late John and Gay (Justice) Scott. She was preceded in death by a son, James Kevin Looney. She is survived by three children, Pam Looney, Greg (Kathy) Looney, Jamie (Rick) Pennington; grandchildren, Brett (Mallory) Looney, Amy (Travis) Bollman, Stacy Saunders, Kelly (Michelle) Horn, Christy Morgan, Jill (Andy) Strasser; great grandchildren, Easton Looney, Grayson Looney, Colton Looney, Bryson Looney, Luke Saunders, Jaycee Stevens, Marley Stevens, Aspen Morgan, Ava Strasser, Carter Strasser and niece, Lynn Baise.
