Lori... Thank you. You are loved.

Lori Beth Sites was one of the kindest people I have ever known. We started school together in the the 3rd grade with Mrs. Dowling and became friends for life. I watched my first eclipse with her that year and sat along side her watching the Electric Company. We stayed friends throughout our high school years watching her lead the band in a way no one else ever could. We was a trail blazer--never afraid to be herself, speak her mind, walk a different path. She loved music and exposed all of us to Hank Williams, Junior (Bocephus) her favorite at the time and was probably an honorary groupie and on first name basis the band 'STIX.' Lori adored her family and her friends alike. She gave her all to everyone she knew and asked nothing in return. She had the best heart! I will miss our facebook IM chats, her brave spirit, and her loving heart. To know Lori was to know that in her you always had a true friend. Rest in Peace my sweet friend. You will always have a special place in my heart.

Lori Beth Sites was a dear friend. We met in the 3rd grade with Mrs. Dowling and Mrs. Barnett and stayed friends throughout our lives. That year I watched my first eclipse with her and sat alongside her while we sang 'conjunction, junction, what's your function' as we watched The Electric Company on PBS. In Junior High we all jockeyed to walk home with her at lunch to eat at Sites' Dairy Bar and have some fun! In high school Lori lead the marching band like no one else ever had---She was a trail blazer, strong willed, determined, and unique in all she ever did. Through her love of music and bands she exposed all of us to Hank Williams Junior, (Bocephus) and I have no doubt that she was on a first name basis with the band STIX. Lori was kind to everyone and treated everyone she knew with love and respect. I thank her for all she ever taught me. Lori, I will miss our Facebook IM chats and keeping up with your life. Thank you for being my friend-heaven has gained an angel.
