Louella Stroud's Obituary
A celebration of life for Louella Stroud, 75 years old will be held 2 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2018 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio with visitation being held 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. She was born in Ironton, Ohio on June 11, 1943. Louella was surrounded by family when she passed at her home in Patriot, Ohio on Sunday, December 2, 2018. She loved children and was a school bus driver for more than 10 years. She spent many years working at Kmart and Walmart. She never met a stranger. She loved hanging out and joking with her customers, co-workers, friends and family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Virgil L. Stroud; a son, Virgil Paul; granddaughter Cora Lou; sisters, Francis, Dasmond, Louise and infant baby Wall; brothers, Thomas, Stanley and Larry; parents, Forest and Bernice Dillon. She is survived in life by her children, Larry, Bernice, Karen (Chuck) and Marsha; eight grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren. Louella will truly be missed by us all.
