Lula "Carlene" Ruggles Pine, 83, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on March 7, 1940, in Chesapeake. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carl and Lillian Ruggles; brothers, Carl Ruggles Jr. Donald Ruggles, and Roger Ruggles; sisters Brenda Dingus, and Shellbie Hughes; daughter-in-law, Sharon Pine; a grandson, Shannon Nance. She is survived by a brother, Roy Lee Ruggles, a sister Bootsie Hunter, two sons, Bobby Pine, and Randy Pine, two daughters, Tina Meredith, and Tonya (Tim Robinson) Nance, and a daughter in law, Julie Wilson; Grandchildren, Shane and Shawn Holshue, Jason (Marsha Pointer) Nance, Amanda (Danny) Jones, Kevin (Samantha) Pine, April Pine, Tammy Pine, Shandi Pine; 13 Great Grandchildren; and one great great Grandchild. Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday, January 13, 2024, at 2:00 PM at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.
