Luther “Luke” E. Clary Jr., age 78, died on December 12, 2024, in Huntington, WV. Luke was born on January 16, 1946, in Lakeland, FL. He resided in Fort Walton Beach, FL. until college. Luke's parents, Luther E. Clary Sr. passed away in 1961, his mother, Marjory K. Sutherland passed away in 1997, and his stepfather Herman P. Sutherland passed away in 2004. His only brother, R. Warren Clary, passed away in 1989. Luke is survived by his wife Susan of 54 years, sons Christopher Clary (Lena), Brian Clary (Katie), three granddaughters, Maya Klatte-McAfee, Rowan Clary, Penelope Clary and one grandson, Maxwell Clary.
At his instructions, Luke will be cremated and there will be no services. If you wish, you may make a donation to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, Office of Philanthropy, 100 Conn Terrace, Lexington, Ky. 40508.
