Lyal "Mooch" Anthony Watts' Obituary
Lyal Anthony “Mooch” Watts, 44 of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday September 25, 2019 at St. Mary’s Medical Center Ironton Campus, Ironton, Ohio. He was born April 13, 1975 in Ironton, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father Lonnie Alonzo Watts Sr. He was employed by Rock Hill Board of Education and was a 1993 graduate of Fairland High School. He is survived by his wife, Tina Marie Bragg Watts; mother Teresa Watts McKinney of Proctorville, OH; son Luke Watts; daughter Lyla Watts; brother Lonnie (Trish) Watts of Proctorville, OH; father and mother in law Victor and Dianna Bragg of Proctorville, OH; as well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and family from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday September 29, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio.
