Marcus Ray Powers, 46, of South Point, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, WV. He was born January 16, 1971 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Earl Ray Powers. He is survived by his mother JoAnn Powers; two daughters Nicole Moore (Adam) and Shelbie Gill (Charles); one son Joshua Powers; three grandchildren Bryden Basenback, Rylan Bassett and Brantley Gill; several aunts, uncles and cousins including special aunt Ruth Whitley. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
