Margaret Louise Dillon's Obituary
Margaret Louise Dillon, 94, of Crown City, OH, beloved mother, grandmother, and sister, went to be with the Lord on June 11, 2024. She was born on March 1, 1930, to the late Shirley and Frances Burgess. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Douglas Dillon; son Harold Dillon; daughter Frances Gail Dillon; grandson Samp Douglas Johnson; siblings Charles, Evelyn, Joe, Lyle, Helen, and Beverly. She is survived by daughters Sue Lester, Betty Cook (Greg), Kathy Johnson (Samp), Lynn Michael (Gary); one son Danny Dillon; and siblings David, Paul, and Dreama. She was blessed with 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 5 great great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was a member of Crown City Wesleyan Church. She lived her life for her family. She enjoyed sewing, making beautiful quilts, gardening, and canning. She was loved and will be so missed. She ran her race and won. Funeral Service will be held at 12 P.M. Monday, June 17, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Chaplain Jason Dillon, Pastor Aaron Holley, and Pastor Junior Preston officiating. Burial will follow the service in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M. Sunday, June 16, 2024, at the funeral home.
