Mark Edward Belville, 57, of Belpre, OH, passed away on Wednesday, February 9, 2022, at home. He was born on January 4, 1965, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Phillip Lowell Wiley. He is survived by his mother Judy Wiley; one brother Phillip Wiley; two sisters Renee Hoeft and Andrea Wiley; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 P.M.
