Mark A. Rieder, 50, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife Susan Hall Rieder. He was employed at River Cities Subaru in Huntington, WV. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the funeral home.
