Mark Weston Ward's Obituary
Mark Weston Ward, 54, of Proctorville, OH, passed into Heaven on, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at home. He was born June 8, 1971, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his father Danny Ward of Ashland, KY, and aunt Beth Davidson. He was the former owner of Marine Diesel Innovations on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and had an avid love for tropical fish. Mark had a witty personality that was on display until the end. He was a 1989 graduate of South Point HIgh School and Nashville Diesel College. He is survived by his mother Pam Musick and “Dad” Larry Musick; best friend and brother Matthew Ward; nieces Danielle Ward and Sarah Ward; aunt Karen Smith; and Uncle Tom Davidson. In addition to family he was blessed to have special friends and co-workers Daniel Shutt, Don Whisby, and the one that led him back to Jesus, Felipe Goicochea. Private family services will be held later. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Huntington City Mission or Hospice of Huntington, WV,in Mark’s name. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH are assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
