Marvella Ruth McQuaid's Obituary
Marvella Ruth McQuaid, 84, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away Tuesday August 19, 2025 at home. She was born May 24,1941 in Patriot, Ohio to the late Arthur Paul and Erma Davis Rose. She was a member of Apostolic Life Cathedral Church, Huntington, WV. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, William Knapp McQuaid; four children Barbara Williamson, William Dale McQuaid, Franklin David McQuaid, and Ronald Kevin McQuaid; seven grandchildren Jason Pollock, Christy Campbell, Kara Lee McQuaid, William Donovan McQuaid, Michael Shane, Nicholas Kevin McQuaid, and Amanda Brooke McQuaid; many great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter; two brothers Joseph Rose and Marlin Rose; and four sisters Esther Callicoat, Eileen Smith, Lavonna Miller, and Carolyn Kuhn. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday August 21, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio.
