Mary Ellen Allen, 95, of South Point, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Ky. She was born February 5, 1922 in Charleston, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Allen and one sister Della Holt. She is survived by one son David Allen of South Point, Ohio; one daughter Wanda Lytch of South Carolina; three grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two nephews Frank and Michael Holt; and one niece Michelle Holt Baker. Private family services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
