Mary Bragg's Obituary
Mary Bragg, 80, of Proctorville, Ohio formally of Crown City, went to her heavenly home Tuesday January 6, 2021 at the residence of William and Dawna Walters to where she made her home the past year. Mary was preceded in death by her parents James “Jim” and Myrtle “Murdie” Walters Mannon, husband James Bragg, sister Aileen Owes Shelton, one great grandson James Brady Brammer. She is survived by her lovely daughter Janet (Greg) Brammer of Crown City, OH; one grandson Shawn (Tiffany) Brammer; and one great granddaughter Brinley Brammer of South Point, OH; and step grandson Brandon Cole of Proctorville, OH; Uncle Bob(Nerve) Walters; life long friend Scott Kimbler; and a special friend Alma Edwars and Pasty Toliver. Mary loved her family and friends very much. Mary retired from Fairland Local Schools as a bus driver after 35 years of service. She enjoyed traveling and showing her big orange show truck and decorating for Christmas. She attended Athalia Dillon Chapel, where she loved hearing the gospel singing. We would like to thank the nurses from Hospice of Huntington for caring for Mrs. Bragg. We would also like to thank the private caregivers who helped with her care throughout the year, and the Hall family in our time of loss. Mary will be missed by all who knew her. Funeral Service will be conducted Sunday January 10, 2021 at 3p.m. by Pastor Ervin Napier at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, OH. The Athalia Dillon Chapel Trio will perform. Visitation will be held one hour before. A private burial will take place at Rome Cemetery at a later date. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com
