Mary Lou Dillon's Obituary
Mary Lou Dillon, 84, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born on July 24, 1940, in Sattus, WV, to the late William and Dorothy Snodgrass Adkins. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Dillon; daughter Sherri Dillon; son Richard Scott Dillon; and three brothers Ed, Bill, and Jim Adkins. She attended Abundant Life Baptist Church where she played the piano. She is survived by one son Chris Dillon of Ironton, OH; one daughter Angel (Kelly) Lunsford of Willow Wood, OH; six grandchildren Doug, Justin (Sami), Travis, Kelly Jr, Hollyann, and Dillon; three great grandchildren Addy, Xavier, and Zavia Grace; several nieces and nephews; sister-in-law Linda Jones; and close friend Rosa Watts. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday, June 21, 2025, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Roy Johnson officiating. Burial will follow the service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
