Mary Evelyn Martin's Obituary
Mary Evelyn "Tug" Martin, 94, of Proctorville, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 22, 2021 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born February 28, 1927 in Proctorville, Ohio daughter of the late George C. and Mary E. Perego Bradley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, George W. Bradley, Chester A. (Avern) Bradley and Ira "Short" (Helen) Bradley; three sisters, Gladys T. (Charley) Fuller, Hazel P. Jeffers, Maggie W. (Donel) Pine, Audrey R. (Russel) Adkins and June (Eddie) Edwards; brother-in-law Russell Adkins; and the father of her children Joseph "Freddy" Martin. She is survived by one daughter Mary Jo Martin of Huntington, WV and one son Joseph Bradley "J.B."Martin of Proctorville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews; and host of friends. She was a 1945 graduate of Rome High School. Mary was baptized at Rome Church of Christ in August, 1972. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 A.M. Friday, November, 26, 2021, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Brian Pinkerman. Burial will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
