Maxine Louise Cooper's Obituary
Maxine Louise Cooper, 90, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Sunday May 24, 2020 at Sanctuary of the Ohio Valley Ironton, Ohio. She was born July 3, 1929 in Chesapeake, Ohio to the late Leon and Laura Day. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lugus Cooper; sister Carol Stephens; and brother Leslie Day. She is survived by two children Karen Slone and David Cooper (Georgia Louise Williams); three grandchildren Wendy (Roger) Johnson, David Jr. (Stephanie) Cooper, and John Slone; great-grandchildren Andrew Johnson, Casey Johnson, Kassie Johnson, Cade Cooper, Harley Blake, Isabella Copper, Tessa Smith, and Piper Slone; several great-great grandchildren; and one brother Lloyd (Patti) Day. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday May 27, 2020 at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. There will be no visitation. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
