Melinda Kay Davis' Obituary
Melinda Kay Phillips Davis, 68, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. She was born on October 3, 1953, in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by Maxwell Minor Sr. and Betty Jo Phillips; one brother Maxwell Minor Jr; grandparents Wesley Phillips Sr. and Mabel Phillips; uncles Wesley Phillips Jr., Roger Leon Phillips, and Jimmy Phillips; and Aunt Imogene Phillips. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law Christy (Todd) Hayes; three grandchildren Todd Hayes Jr, Ian Hayes, and Aniaya Hayes; one sister Iva Hayes; Aunt Maxine Phillips Hall; three special cousins that were like her sisters Patricia Daniels, Tina Dickerson Garrett, and Juanita Dickerson King; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, July 11, 2022, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
