Born on January 24, 1970, in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Sharon Steel Owens. Melissa loved playing Bingo, getting her nails done, and traveling. She is survived by her spouse, Phillip Lewis of Huntington, WV; daughter, Megan Lewis of Huntington, WV; grandchildren, Kaleb, Kenzie, Khloie, and Kyler Lewis, and her dog, Precious.
