Melvina Kay Stevenson's Obituary
Melvina Kay Stevenson (Salmons), 63 of Proctorville, Ohio gained her angel wings to join the Lord on Saturday, July 27, 2019 with family by her side. She was born on July 13, 1956 in Huntington, WV. She was the daughter of the late Betty and Melvin Salmons. She is survived by her beloved husband Shane Stevenson; beloved children, one daughter, Lisa Stickler; son in law Bill Rice; one son Travis Stickler; grandson Jacob Stickler (fiancé Samantha Hall); sister Judy Carrico; brother Roger Salmons; niece Michelle Carrico; nephews James Carrico, Brandon Salmons, and Timmy Salmons; special mother in law Tootie Swann; great nieces Tiffany Carrico-Roseberry (Brian Roseberry), and Brooklyn Carrico; great nephew Christopher Reed II; special great-great nieces and nephew Nevaeh Carrico, Alora Roseberry, and Gabriel Roseberry. Visitation will be held Tuesday July 30, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday July 31, 2019 at the funeral home with Pastor Eddie Salmons officiating.
