Michael Paul Blankenship, 49, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Friday September 19, 2025 at Kings Daughter’s Medical Center Ashland, KY. He was born April 6, 1976 in Beckley, WV. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Thomas and Esther Taylor and paternal grandparents Glen and Nell Blankenship. He is survived by his wife Denise Blankenship; mother Carol (Rowan) Cook; father Glen (Deana) Blankenship; three children Will (Chayenne) Scott, Serenity (Andy) Estep, and Shane Scott; three grandchildren Jaxon, Rowyn, and Ransom; and one sister Terri (Jason) Hudak. He was a Marine Corps Veteran. A visitation will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Monday September 22, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
