Michael Adam Campbell's Obituary
Michael Adam Campbell, 48, of Huntington, WV, passed away on September 8, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Born on August 29, 1977 in Springfield, OH, he was the son of the late Jerry Lee and Donna Hawks Campbell. Mike was an advance EMT for over 18 years and a firefighter for 30 plus years. He served Lawrence County for the last 8 years as an advanced EMT and served as an assistant Chief at Chesapeake Union Township Fire Department. Mike worked at several other departments throughout his career and loved his time spent and the brotherhood formed at each one. He Is survived by his wife, Megan Campbell; son, Ethan Smith and his mother, Carey Smith; stepson, Ian Asbury; stepdaughter, MaKenna Asbury. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the National Fallen Fire Fighters Association. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
