Michael Franklin Johnson's Obituary
Michael Franklin Johnson, 40, of Kitts Hill, Ohio passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 following a brief illness at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born September 28, 1977 in Ashland, Ky son of Roger Dale Johnson, Sr of Kitts Hills, Ohio and the late Virgie Johnson who preceded him in death in 2016. In addition to his father, he is survived by four sisters Brittany Johnson of Kitts Hill, Ohio, Melissa Johnson of Ashland, Ky, Angel Cherie Pennington (Rob) of Ashland, Ky and Sundae Johnson of Bradenton, FL; two brothers Roger Dale Johnson, Jr (Wendy) of Proctorville, Ohio and Thomas Johnson of South Point, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother Roman Johnson; and grandparents James and Garnett Johnson. He was of Baptist faith. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Langdon Cemetery, Chesapeake, Ohio. Visitation will be held 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
