Michael "Mike" Anthony Bone's Obituary
Michael Anthony Bone, 67, of Huntington, West Virginia, formally of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away Sunday June 4, 2023 at St Mary's Medical Center. He was born December 10, 1955 in Baltimore Maryland. He was the son of the late Irvin C. Bone Jr. and the late Kathleen Bone. He is survived by one daughter, Natalie R. Bone of Huntington, WV. He had one Granddaughter, Katelynn R. Cloninger and one Great Grandson, Tatum L. Hamlin; one sister, Eskaline Graham of Proctorville, OH; one brother, Fred Bone; two sister in-laws, Colleen Bone and Carol Bone of Michigan, as well as several nieces and nephews, Lisa Bone, Buddy Bone, Jason Bone, Eric Graham and Ashley Bone. She had a special best friend, Monte "Cookie" Edwards. Michael was preceded in death by one son, Edward L. Bone; two brothers, Clayton Bone and Tim Bone. He was a graduate of Chesapeake High School. In the late 80's he moved to Daytona Beach, Florida but found his way back home to Proctorville, Ohio in the mid-2000's. He worked as a painter and welder for several years. He had a huge passion for animals, the great outdoors with fishing and playing golf, as well as music and the arts. He was a great drummer as he played in several groups in the area and he was known as a great drawer and painter. Michael had a selfless heart and was an organ donor. The day of his organ donation, he gave life to someone else the same day that his ended! Come celebrate his life with friends and family at a memorial service held at Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH at 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 10, 2023 officiated by Minister Jason McCoy.
