Michael Eugene Riley's Obituary
Michael Eugene Riley, 74, of Chesapeake, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, WV. Born on December 27, 1949, in Huntington, WV, he was the son of the late Zimmerman and Jessie Bias Riley. Michael was the co-owner of Southern Ohio Machine Shop in Chesapeake, Ohio, and was a 50-year member of the Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F&AM. He was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason, Valley of Cincinnati. Michael is survived by his sisters, Becky (Jim) Smith of Proctorville, OH, DeAnna (Ron) Schotts of Proctorville, OH, Deb (Roger) Tabor of Proctorville, OH, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, with Masonic Rites at 6:45 P.M., at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Funeral services will directly follow at 7:00 P.M with Pastor Mark Roach, officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Michael's honor to the Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F&AM, 641 Township Road 1135, Proctorville, Ohio, or to Mt. Hope Church, 1562 County Road 2, Chesapeake, Ohio. Burial will be held at Rome Cemetery in Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com
