Michelle you were always such a a good friend to everyone. You had a way to see other's hearts that I wish I had. You taught me when we were in 2nd grade that the inside counts more than the outside and I tried to live my life like that. I'm sorry I never told you that. Fly high friend
It breaks my heart that you are gone. When I visited with you several weeks ago, you were on the mend and looking forward to leaving the nursing facility. My son/your nephew, Brennan (Thornburg), planned on seeing you when had a day off work. Not doing so is a hard lesson learned on the importance of making time for loved ones. Just know that we loved you and we rest a bit easier knowing you are with Missy, your Mom and Dad, and grandparents Earl and Lillian and Everett and Ruth. Fly high, dear friend. Michele and I became friends in high school. She was a kind and generous person. I moved away after graduating but once facebook became popular I found her there.
