Mildred Judy Estep's Obituary
Mildred “Judy” Estep, of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away on Sunday December 29, 2024 at the age of 94. She was born in Boomer, WV on September 13, 1930 to the late Ellihue and Garnet Adkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Bob Estep; daughter Debbie Chandler; sisters D.J. Headrick, Rosemary Suen; brothers Ellihue Jr.and Dallas Adkins. She is survived by one son Allan (Marsha) Estep; son-in-law Lane Chandler; grandsons Robert Estep, Rhonda Morris, and Jermey Scott Enyart; great grandson Blake (Skyla) Estep. She worked at Kerr Glass and Ownes Illinois in her working years. She attended Finley Chapel Church faithfully for many years until declining health prevented her from attending. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday January 2, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday January 2, 2025 at the funeral home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
