Melody Perry
Mildred was my wonderful mother-in-law whom I had known for 31 years. She always said I was her favorite daughter-in-law, despite the fact that I was her only daughter-in-law. She could always put a smile on my face, as well as countless families' faces while she worked in daycare, Awana and teaching Sunday school. Anyone who came in contact with Mildred knew she was an Ambassador for Christ. Mildred loved and impacted all the children she cared for throughout the years for good. She reflected Christ's love and truth in her community and beyond. I miss Mildred but I take comfort in knowing that our salvation will bring us together in Heaven.
