Millie Ann Marie Spencer, 41, the wife of Matthew Spencer and Mother of Conner Spencer, rested this life March 5, 2026, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born October 22, 1984, to James Sutphin and Georgi Waugh in Huntington, WV. Cabell County. She attended Huntington, High School and was a member of the Apostolic Life Cathedral in Huntington, WV. She was a CNA Health Caro Worker. In addition to her husband, son, and parents, she is held in loving memory by three brothers Wesley (Gennie) Sutphin, Allen (Ashley) Sutphin, Timothy (Morinda) Sutphin; several nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at 7 P.M. on Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Apostolic Life Cathedral in Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 6-7 P.M. at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
