Nancy Jane Carter's Obituary
Nancy Jane Carter, 68, of Proctorville, Ohio, went to be with her Lord on July 7, 2021. She was born on September 30, 1952, in Huntington, West Virginia, daughter of the late Nellie Stover and Ernest McCoy. She was preceded in death by two brothers Charles McCoy and John McCoy, and three sisters Sally Woodyard, Carol Smoot McCoy, and Ginna Ratcliff. She is survived by her husband Donald Carter, daughter Rachael Carter, three granddaughters Marlana Boggs, Micah Boggs, and Mia Boggs, along with many nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own. Funeral Service will be conducted on Saturday July 10, 2021, at 3:00 PM, with a visitation an hour before at Hall Funeral Home in Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow at Locust Grove Cemetery in Willow Wood, Ohio. Funeral Service HALL FUNERAL HOME
