Nancy Kay Ruggles' Obituary
Nancy Kay Ruggles, 70, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at home. She was born August 20, 1947 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Hayward “Jerk” and Lois Riley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rodger Ruggles. She is survived by two daughters Summer Ruggles (Ken Brooks) and Amber (Tommy) Cade; five grandchildren Uriah, KayLee, Riley, Titus and Enola; three siblings Connie (Dick) Keaton, Dottie (Bill) Bare and Diane (Eric) Heller; special cousin Lynda Collins; and many nieces and nephews. She was a retired Chesapeake school bus driver. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Tim Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, Huntington, WV. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
