Neal H. Shoemaker's Obituary
Neal H. Shoemaker, 74, of Scottown, OH, passed away Monday, June 15, 2026, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. He was born December 7, 1951, in Huntington, WV, to the late Marion and Gladys McCallister Shoemaker. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by one son Jeremy Shoemaker; two brothers Charles and Tommy Shoemaker; two sisters Sandy Davis and Patty Burge. He is survived by his wife Debbie Shoemaker; two children Leslie Manthey and Amanda Shaw; six grandsons Nathan Manthey, Bradley Manthey, Thomas Manthey, Braiden Shaw, Cameron Swiger, and Caleb Shaw; one sister Phyllis Webb; and one brother John Paul Shoemaker. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Miller Memorial Gardens in Miller, OH. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
