Ora Lee Carter's Obituary
Ora Lee Carter, 51, of Coal Grove, Ohio passed away Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at Community Hospice Care Center, Ashland, Ky. He was born February 4, 1968 in Ashland, KY son of the late Andrew and Martha Francis Adams Carter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister Francis Carter and one brother Clell Ray Adams Walters. He is survived by his companion Becky Russell; two stepdaughters Summer Simpson and Savannah Henry; stepson Brandon Henry; granddaughter Gabriella; two brothers Andrew Carter and Earl Carter; four sisters Jean Haddox, Eva Carter, Peggy Adams and Teresa Carter; many nieces and nephews; special friends Janet Russell, Kenny Suttles and Tim Pauley. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Community Cemetery, State Route 243, Coal Grove, Ohio.
