Orville Ray Pennington, 44, of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday September 10, 2023 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He is survived by his parents, Donald Pennington and Karen Pennington both of Huntington, WV; two children Haley Paige Pennington, Hayden Thomas Pennington of Barboursville, WV, and their mother Andrea Pennington; and lifelong best friend and cousin Jospeh Jenkins. Orville was a 1997 graduate from Huntington High School and was employed with HPHT. Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday September 13, 2023 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com
