Oscar Waiters, Jr. Oscar Waiters, Jr.1963 - 2016Oscar Waiters, Jr., 53, of Huntington, West Virginia, passed away on October 3, 2016. Oscar was born in Huntington, WV, February 18, 1963, son to Oscar Waiters, Sr. and Wanda (Ferguson) Waiters. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Loressa Felix of Miami, FL, sisters Coretta and Nicole both of Huntington, WV and a host of family and friends. Oscar is preceded in death by his sister, Patrice. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday October 3, 2016 at First Baptist Church Huntington, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Huntington, WV. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
