Ottie Lee Henson's Obituary
Ottie Lee Henson, 75, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born February 19, 1944 in Huntington, WV. He is survived by his wife, Linda Henson. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children; Ron (Heather) Henson, Barbara (Shawn) Adkins, and Kristi Henson; five grandchildren; Austen, Nate, Kendall, and Tristan Henson, and Greyson Adkins; three siblings, Lula Blake, Marvin Henson and Donna Wyrick. He was preceded in death by his parents; Ottie James and Georgia Elizabeth Henson; sister Elizabeth McCormick, and brother Fred Henson. He retired from ACF Industries and Chesapeake Ohio School District. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, July 5, 2019 at Abundant Life Baptist Church, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
