Paige Allison Walters' Obituary
Paige Allison McMahon Walters, 53, of Grayson, KY passed away Thursday October 23, 2025 at Kings Daughter’s Medical Center, Ashland. KY and was an organ donor where she got a match for her kidneys and liver. She was born November 21, 1971 in Huntington, WV. She was a woman who always bragged on everyone but never herself. She was constantly praising her children and grandchildren, always talking about how proud she was of each of them. Her love for her family was the center of her world, and she shared that love freely with everyone around her. Paige was born in Huntington, West Virginia, to the late David McMahon and Ginger Combs. She often spoke about her grandmother, Virginia C. Finley, whom she thought of as a mother. Paige loved sharing memories of the trips and adventures they took together — she always called them “adventures,” filled with laughter, love, and stories she cherished all her life. Paige was married to George Walters, and together they built a life and family full of memories. George often shared how Paige loved to look her best — her hair fixed and makeup done — and how truly beautiful she was, inside and out. Their relationship was full of love, laughter, and the ups and downs that come with building a family together. They created a bond that lasted through everything, and George often spoke about how proud he was of the family they built. Paige’s children were the light of her life:
• Jenna Walters (Brian Waller) of Hurricane, West Virginia, remembers the many “girls’ trips” she took with her mom and sister, Abby. Their last trip together was in 2017 when they went skiing — a trip full of laughter and joy. Jenna remembers her mom’s fun, loving spirit and how Paige always made every moment special.
• Abigail Leeann Walters of Ashland, Kentucky, shared a special connection with her mom through their love of music. Paige always supported her dreams, encouraging her to follow her heart and her passion for music. She also loved their spa days together, cooking new recipes, trying new foods, and walking her dog Draco, who was her loyal companion.
• Zachary Marshall Walters was truly his momma’s boy. He remembers going sled riding, having long, special talks, and how his mom always made him feel loved. Paige was so proud of him and often bragged about him. She loved having all of Zach’s friends over — laughing, hanging out, building fires, and creating their own adventures in the yard. Paige enjoyed hearing their laughter and being part of those moments that brought everyone together. She was the kind of mom everyone loved to be around. Zach will always remember the time she surprised him with a Jeep for his birthday, even though she didn’t know much about vehicles — it was her way of showing how much she loved him. Paige shared a close and loving relationship with her daughter-in-law, Megan Walters, who she always said she “handpicked” herself. Paige first met Megan at a spa day with her daughter Jeanna, and from that moment, she knew Megan was special. She admired Megan’s talent as a hairdresser and her cooking skills, and they quickly formed a close bond that went beyond family — it was a friendship filled with love and respect.
Paige was also a proud stepmother to Samantha Walters of Pittsburgh, Kansas, and Ashley Walters of Hurricane, West Virginia. She loved all her children deeply and treated each one as her own. Her greatest joy came from being a grandmother, lovingly known as “Nene.”
She adored her grandson Caden Elam — attending his games, watching movies together, and being there for his birth as the first one to hold him. She loved going to his soccer games and yelling, “Goalie!” with all her heart. Her newest grandson, Waylon Marshall Walters, brought her so much happiness. She loved holding him, watching Bluey with him, and often said he reminded her of her baby boy, Zachary. Just a couple of weeks before her passing, Paige enjoyed one of her favorite things — spending time with her family. Their last family trip was to Gritt’s Farm, where they rode on the tractor together, laughed, ate all the delicious foods, and visited the petting zoo. It was a perfect day filled with everything Paige loved most — family, laughter, and simple joy. Paige is also survived by her brothers, David McMahon Jr. and Shane McMahon, who will always remember her as a caring, loving sister who brought beauty and joy wherever she went. She also dearly loved her nieces and nephews, always cheering them on, bragging about their accomplishments, and making sure they knew how loved they were. Paige was proud of all of them and treated them like her own. Paige was known for her creativity and her gift for making others feel beautiful. She attended beauty school in 1991 and became a cosmetologist, a career she truly loved. She found joy in helping others look and feel their best, often reminding people how beautiful they already were. Beyond her talents, Paige had a strong faith and a giving heart. She spoke of God often and proudly led prayers at family dinners. Her faith guided her life, her love guided her actions, and her kindness left a lasting mark on everyone she met. She attended First Baptist Church of Proctorville, Ohio. Paige loved her family deeply — her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and all those she held close. She filled every room with warmth, laughter, and light. Her legacy will live on in her family’s hearts, the stories they share, and the love she gave so freely. Though her time on earth has ended, her love and memory will never fade. Paige will forever be remembered as a devoted wife, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a cherished sister, an adoring aunt, a loyal friend, and a woman whose heart touched everyone she met. Funeral service will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday October 28, 2025 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held 5 to 6 p.m. Tuesday October 28, 2025 at the funeral home.
