Palmaneda Lou Burcham's Obituary
Palmaneda L. Burcham, of St. Albans, WV, passed away February 7th, 2024, at the age of 95. Palmaneda, or "Pam", was a retired librarian of Marshall University. She spent her life in several cities and towns over the years, including St. Albans, Huntington, WV, and Proctorville, OH. Pam was preceded in death by her brother, Ronnie Smith, her husband, Lew Burcham, and her daughter, Pamela Meade. Pam's family celebrates her reunion in Heaven with her loved ones. She is survived by her granddaughter Amy Womack and grandson Jesse Lewis, her great grandchildren Carli, Jesse, Landon, and Ruby, and her great great grandchildren Riley and Jace. A graveside service is planned for Saturday, February 10th at 2:00pm, outside of Proctorville at Miller Cemetery in Miller, Ohio.
