Pamela Sue Brumfield Keeney's Obituary
Pamela Sue Brumfield Keeney, 66, of Proctorville, Ohio and Athalia, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019. She was born March 17, 1953 in Cabell County, WV daughter of Jewel Brumfield of Athalia, Ohio and the late Lester Lee Brumfield. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister Becky Brumfield and a brother Bruce Edward Brumfield. She is survived by her husband Bruce Keeney; three sons Bruce D. II (Bessie) Keeney of Proctorville, Ohio, Ben (Laura) Keeney of Proctorville, Ohio and Brian (Priscilla) Keeney of Huntington, WV; nine grandchildren Rebecca, Gregory, Makenna, Wyatt, Brynn, Kaelae, Jacob, Aden and Jace; one brother Lester “Bud” (Melodie) Brumfield of Proctorville, Ohio and their children Jason Brumfield, Michelle Thompson and Justin Brumfield, one sister Brenda Rice of Proctorville, Ohio and her children Ginger Smith and B.J. Rice; four great nieces Britney Sue Thompson, Kaidence Williams, Kylee Williams and Makenna Hensley; and two great nephews Bradley Hensley and Jason Brumfield. She worked as a custodian for Fairland School District for 28 years. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Hospice of Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Pallbearers will be Bruce David Keeney, Ben Keeney, Brian Keeney, Jason Brumfield, Justin Brumfield and Gregory Keeney. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
