Pamela Kaye Moses, 52, of Huntington, WV passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY. She was born March 3, 1971 in Circleville, OH to the late Robert Irvin Otey III and Shari Mae (Harrel) Otey. She is survived by her daughters, Nicole Moses and fiancé Ethan of Huntington, WV and Abigail Moses of Huntington, WV; one son, Michael (Ashley) Otey of Circleville, OH; two grandsons; 1 great granddaughter on the way and one brother, John Otey of Cattlettsburg, KY. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home & Crematory in Proctorville, OH is assisting the family with arrangements, Condolences may be expressed at www.ehallfuneralhome.com.
