Patricia Ann Adkins' Obituary
Patricia Ann Adkins, 87, of South Point, OH, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at Wyngate at Rivers Edge. She was born on April 23, 1937, in Huntington, WV, to the late Luther and Lillian Holley Adkins. She was also preceded in death by her sister Betty Lovejoy. She was a retired cook from Burlington Elementary School. She is survived by her husband Ronald Adkins of South Point, OH; children Ronald Adkins (Jill) of Huntington, WV, Kathy Patchell of Loveland, Co, and Donna LeMaster (Steve) of Punta Gorda, FL; five grandchildren Jason Black (Tamara) of Huntington, WV, Sean Patchell of Loveland, CO, Ryan LeMaster of NC, Sam Adkins (Natalie) of Huntington, WV, Garrett Adkins (Nicole Westfall) of Huntington, WV; and four great grandchildren Reese LeMaster of Troy, AL, Christian Black of Huntington, WV, Emarie LeMaster of Vermillion, SD, and Ava LeMaster of Vermillion, SD. Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Thursday, May 23, 2024, at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Jeff Black officiating. Burial will follow the service at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hospice House of Huntington or First Baptist Church of Proctorville. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
