Patricia Ann Goheen's Obituary
Patricia Ann Goheen 88 of Huntington WV went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 30, 2024. Patricia was born October 3, 1936, in Huntington, West Virginia, daughter of the late William Adams and Margaret (Henry) Lambert. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years; Dennis Joseph Goheen. Two sons Kevin Brian Goheen and Dennis Richard Goheen, one daughter Teresa Lynn Carole, granddaughter Amanda Brooke, sister Karen Gibson and sister-in-law Carol Myler. Survivors include her sons Timothy (Cheryl) Goheen and James (Allison)Goheen. Grandchildren; Matthew Goheen, Jennifer Finley, Jeremey Johnson, Tiffany Byrd, Sarah Workman, Trisha Bayless, Casondra Sutton, Brooklyn Goheen, James Goheen Jr., Brian Goheen. 14-Great and 4- great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by two brother-in-laws Al Myler and Raymond Gibson. And one special cousin Terri Childers. Several nieces and nephews and many friends that she loved dearly. She was a graduate of Huntington East High School. A longtime member of New Hope United Methodist Church of Proctorville OH. She volunteered for many years at Birthright in Huntington. She was a sales consultant at Stone & Thomas Department store for several years. She was musically gifted and loved playing the piano. She loved spending time with her family. One of her favorite things to do was visit Amish country in Ohio. She was known by all her friends at Cabell Healthcare as a Social Butterfly. She loved to lead bible study and spread the word of God! She will be missed by so many! Funeral service will be held on Sunday November 3, 2024, at 5:00 PM at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory in Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held an hour prior to the service from 4:00-5:00 PM. A private graveside will be held on Monday November 4, 2024, at Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
