Patty L. Wade, 78, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away peacefully Friday, December 30, 2016 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born May 7, 1938 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of the late George and Ella Wade. She is survived by her son Criss (Marie) Wade of Proctorville, Ohio and his sister Cathy and Tony Lucas of Scottown, Ohio; two grandsons Heath and Mason Wade; one granddaughter Megan Kollmer; and two great grandchildren Lucas and Helena Kollmer. She retired from Fairland School District. Private graveside services will be held. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV.
