There's not enough space on this tribute wall for me to share all of the memories Paul and I shared together for 3 decades. Paul and I were in the same kindergarten class and from Kindergarten until the day he passed I considered him a brother and a best friend. We were inseparable all through elementary school and into high school, playing any and every sport together, pulling all nighters, a hundred thousand hours of ping pong, and a bond and friendship that was continued after high school and into college. I will miss my best friend every single day and I only wish that over the last decade we had spent more time together. A life gone way too soon but memories and a life that impacted many. Paul loved hard and cared deeply for his friends and family. Though it been a hard last few weeks, I have peace knowing he's with his new best friend now, the one he always had. Jesus. God bless his family and God be with his 3 children. They already know that if they need anything I'm here for them! I love you Paul. Till we meet again my friend.
Dear Karen, I'm so sorry to hear about the passing of Paul, Brian is saddened as well. We remember the boys playing in the backyard and your boys leaving dimes on our antique coke machine to get bottles of rootbeer, we wouldn't have charged the kids in the neighborhood a penny, it was just funny to finally find out who was leaving the dimes, bless their little hearts. Hey Paul,
I've read all these that have been posted just trying to come up with the right words. The only thing I can come up with is I'm sorry and I miss you. I like how Clark put it that you only had best friends. Absolutely. And I was proud to be one of them. You had a way of making everyone feel great about themselves. You would find something about a person and compliment them or brag to others about them. I'm sorry for not trying harder. I just never thought you would lose this fight. I hope you really knew how much you were truly loved. We will keep your memory alive. I miss you buddy and always will.
The Paul Wallace I knew seemed to only have best friends, and best friends he hadn't met yet. Our times together were so funny that they deserve to have a movie made about them, but nobody would ever be able to play Paul's part--he was too unique. I'll be making people laugh with stories about him for the rest of my life.

I promise to live my life with more courage, more strength, more forgiveness, more patience, more love and more understanding. I promise to never forget you and to find ways to honor your memory. I expect you to be the best Angel on the block. Busy! There are lifetimes for you to watch over and I expect you to do your job. Watch over all of us who are left behind. I promise to help your children with anything I can. I promise to try to be better. I forgive you and I hope you can forgive me too. I'll try to fight the good fight. I'll try to find people to save. I worked with Paul years ago at Ona Elementary. I remember Paul and the other teachers prayed for me when I had cancer. I'm so sorry to hear about his passing. Prayers for all his family. Tina Green
